The meal plans will include a colorful mix of plantbased recipes and there may also be recipes with fish/seafood.

We draw up a meal plan for each week of the year. This comprises four meals. Three of them are main courses, the fourth is a starter/lunch dish. Each meal is designed for two people and usually takes no longer than 30-45 minutes to put on the table.

Each week you will receive the detailed recipes with photos, tips & alternatives as well as a comprehensive shopping list for the week.
If possible, we will show you alternatives so that you can change the dishes to suit your taste.
There are two versions of each Meal Plan, one in English and one in German.
